“The goal of pioneering sustainable, yet contemporary residential developments for over 55s is what guides the vision for Watermark Living.”



Enzo co-founded Watermark in 2002 and has successfully created and delivered property development strategies for more than 25 years. Enzo is driven to create spaces that leave a lasting legacy for families and the community.

Alongside fellow director Tony Olding, Enzo won an award from the Royal Australian Institute of Architects for Multiple Housing for New South Wales in 2002 and earlier in 2011 & 2019, he won the UDIA award for Best Seniors Living for the group’s development at Watermark Castle Cove.

Enzo also worked for the Australian Stock Exchange, heading the Index Research Department. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and a Graduate Certificate from the Securities Institute of Australia in Financial Modelling.

Will Tynan

Director

“Sustainability is central to the Watermark Living philosophy.  Our team considers it a responsibility to future generations to encourage a new era of environmentally conscious living alternatives.”



Will joined Watermark Living as a joint venture partner in 2019 and brings 18 years of experience in real estate and development solutions that balance design integrity and functional performance.

Prior to Watermark, Will worked across investment leadership roles in PwC, CBRE and private equity.

He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is actively involved in mentoring young people through various initiatives, including in his previous role as one of the founding directors and on board of Minjerribah Camping.

Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Management (major in Real Estate & Development) from the University of Queensland, and a Masters of Project Management (Hons) from Queensland University of Technology.

Tony Olding

Director

Tony co-founded Watermark Living and has been working with his fellow directors on Seniors Living projects since 2002.

A highly qualified builder, Tony is a member of the Australian Institute of Building.

In 2002, alongside fellow director Enzo Marchione, Tony was recognised by the prestigious Royal Australian Institute of Architects with an award for Multiple Housing in for New South Wales.



In 2011, Tony was again lauded for his work when Watermark Residences, Castle Cove, was awarded the New South Wales Award for Excellence by the Urban Development Institute of Australia. The development won the category for the best Seniors Independent Living project in New South Wales.



Tony has a Bachelor of Building from the University of New South Wales.

Dr Chris Watt

Director

Dr Christopher Watt has over 35 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and was previously a founding principal of Sailors Bay dentistry, in Northbridge.

Dr Watt deeply understands the local community and has been a local resident of Sydney Lower North Shore for over 20 years.



This unique perspective underpins Watermark Residences – having deep and sustainable relationships with local residents and businesses.

Dr Watt graduated from Sydney University with a Degree in Dental Surgery in 1979.

Miranda Aiello

Sales Manager

Miranda began her journey with Watermark Living, when she joined Watermark Castle Cove in 2013. Here she gained invaluable experience, laying the groundwork for her continued path in the retirement industry.

From here, Miranda transitioned to Watermark Freshwater in 2015, where she immersed herself in sales and marketing, relishing in her role in guiding residents through the journey to their new homes.

In 2018, Miranda played a pivotal role in facilitating seamless shifts for the residents into the village at Freshwater as part of her role as Village Manager.

Miranda now works on Watermark Living’s current development, Watermark Residences in Chatswood. She continues to be committed to beginning the journey for residents in her role as Sales Manager and onto her role as Village Manager.

Miranda’s commitment and dedication to residents is unwavering, embodying the philosophy of Watermark Living. Her focus is on cultivating a close-knit community and enriching resident’s lives with vibrant social activities and unending support.

Nada Vescio

Sales Manager

Nada brings almost two decades of experience in retirement community living to the team, with 12 years at the Watermark Living group.

Her journey started at Watermark Castle Cove in 2012, where she worked in the role of Manager at the village, collaborating with the onsite team to build a thriving community and lifestyle.

Throughout her career, Nada has remained focused on what truly matters: the wellbeing and happiness of the residents.

Nada believes in forging genuine relationships with residents and their families, and understands that these connections are the bedrock of a fulfilling community life, by fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and support.

She is proud to be part of the team’s new project, Watermark Residences in Chatswood, a one-of-a-kind development, where every aspect of life from design to sustainability, to culture and location, is designed for residents and their guests to create enduring, happy memories.

Mai Ako

Office Manager

Mai Ako is a dedicated office manager with a robust background in accounting and finance. At Watermark Living, Mai undertakes accounting and book-keeping across the group, bringing a wealth of experience and a meticulous approach to the company’s financial operations.

Mai’s journey at Watermark Living began several years ago, where she quickly established herself as an important member of the team. Her ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights has empowered the company to make informed decisions, enhancing both operational efficiency and profitability.

Mai is a registered Tax agent and is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants.
